Position: Administrator - Environmental Protection Agency

The administrator must oversee the EPA, represent it in the administration and to congress, and ensure its smooth running. This also requires environmental law enforcement and a host of related fields. The Administrator is also responsible for leading environmental disaster recovery efforts. He or she also serves as a member of the president's Cabinet.

Adopt the Precautionary Principle: new chemicals, life forms, or other modifications should not be introduced into the environment without adequate knowledge that they will not have deleterious effects; the genie must be kept in the bottle, rather than let out prematurely for short-term economic gain;

Support integrated pest management and biological control.
