Join this fun Star Wars themed action, just in time for Halloween, Friday, Oct 28th from 4p - 6p, Fed Plaza, Chicago. 
We will gather at 4pm at Quincy and ClarkQuincy is a very small, seldom used side street, with a little parking, directly west of Fed Plaza across Clark St from the Post Office, (near Native Foods at 218 S. Clark St). 

If you are driving, Quincy is entered off LaSalle St and is one way going east. James will need to park the white van carrying the Death Star on Quincy, so if you come early and get one of the few parking spots on Quincy we may need to have you exchange that spot with the van. 

If driving you can park on Clark and pay the meters, or go to Spot Hero to find a parking spot nearby. 
If coming by mass trans, all of the "L" lines have stops near by.
When you arrive at Quincy and Clark look down Quincy for the white van - we will need to blow up the Death Star on Quincy and will need help carrying it across Clark St to Fed Plaza. (The Death Star is not very heavy - it is mostly air but it is big so we need at least 4 carriers for it to be stable.)

• Come dressed in black if you want to be a member of Darth's Durbin and Kirk's Sith forces of corporate greed.  
• Come dressed in mostly white if you want to be a member of the Rebel Alliance of the People and the Planet.
• Everyone will have a part in our street theater or can participate by passing flyers to the passers by - I guarantee this action will garner attention! (A 1/2 page flyer will be posted on this page closer to the event to download and make copies of - thanks for helping out by making copies.)
• Bring smaller signs to carry against the TPP, because you may also be recruited to carry a light saber, or the Death Star, or pass out flyers - so small signs like the NO TPP signs given out at our organizing meetings would be best - signs you can hold with one hand.
