At the 2016, The Washington State Labor Council (WSLC) Convention, the membership unanimously approved a resolution supporting Backbone Campaign's Solutionary Rail proposal!   That's right, another essential labor partner has locked arms with us to reshape the future of US rail.  At the WSLC's annual convention last week the members voted unanimously - without amendments - to support a resolution drafted by our labor allies! [This is HUGE!] The Transportation Division of SMART (Sheet Metal, Air, Rail, Transportation) United Transportation Union Local #1348 sponsored this resolution with the assistance of Mike Elliott of the Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers.  We'd like to thank all their members and make a special...
