RSVP for Backbone's Wednesday Volunteer Drop-in & Art Build, 12-8pm

Join us this Wednesday to lend a hand! Pop-in for an hour or two.

At last week's art build the stitchers finished the final 130+ velcro letters that accompany the inflatable pipeline prop, accomplishing quite a feat. The pipeline imagery had its debut action in Salem and will now be criss-crossing the U.S. helping to support water protectors and anyone who wants to put an end to fossil fuel companies' destruction of our lands and waters. Check out the show of power in the photo below. Please give a telepathic pat on the back to all your fellow volunteers who had a hand in making this terrific tool!

No Skills Necessary - Just your willingness to help out!

Supplies / food items you can bring:

  • Non-GMO snacks or beverages to share. (We'll have organic hot cocoa and teas on hand)
  • Bring some WARM clothes
  • A headlamp and eyeglasses to improve visibility.
  • Clean plastic screw-top containers (we especially love Talenti gelato containers).
