Backbone East was out shedding light during a recent projection.

The projection was onto a holding container by a coal pile that is emitting coal dust and therefore causing unhealthy conditions in the community. This occurred ahead of a community meeting with Maryland Department of Environment on the potential renewal of the coal permit for the transportation company, CSX. The company operates a coal terminal in Curtis Bay neighborhood of Baltimore, MD.
