Extinction Rebellion Baltimore marched at the Maryland State House to urge the General Assembly to pass legislation declaring a climate emergency.

The event was an underwater themed rally and folks wore blue, scuba gear and dressed like fish to march around State House grounds and mildly disrupted traffic. The march included Red Rebel street theater group iconic to XR.
