Vote Early For Affordability Use Drop Box.

Kirkland (Wa) Banner Brigade, on their 72nd PL Overpass off I-405, with their  Early Vote message of the day.

Today's interesting tidbit is - Fran noticed some cars, as they came close, turned on their windshield wipers briefly. (It wasn't raining.) She interpreted it as - waving with their windshield wipers! As I paid more attention I noticed a couple more cars (people) doing that.

Fun observation Fran!
