Kirkland (Wa) Banner Brigade Vote Early Bannering daily series, from their perch on 73PL I-405 Overpass. From the bannering crew:

"It rained a little on my way to bannering and it rained a little on my way to Northlake after the bannering but it didn't rain during the bannering. We are blessed. Good reception from our customers."
