Proud of their rural roots in Minnesota, Lucy has truly found their home in Washington State thanks to a deep connection to the vast biodiversity. Lucy first found Backbone Campaign in March of 2022 through the Human Orca Mural Event and was captivated from there. Lucy's connection to Activism stems from a deep connection to the Southern Resident Killer Whales and therefore wild salmon. Lucy understands the pivotal role that salmon plays for the environment and everything that we can learn from the Indigenous communities and their relatives the Orca. Lucy loves connecting with people of all different backgrounds and they thank their theatre training for the ability to do so. Lucy is passionate about making the world a better place and that love always conquers.
