Represent Maryland, the state chapter of Represent.us is showing legislators that we are watching and we see how the big corporate industries are wining and dining them to influence our government. This protest also included a light projection!

The Baltimore Sun newspaper released a calendar of legislative social events hosted by various groups. This allowed folks to bird dog members of the Maryland General Assembly (Budget and Taxation Committee, Economic Affairs Committee, Finance Committee) at a high dollar steak dinner event paid for by corporate lobbyists such as MGM Grand and MAJ. More of these events are upcoming and so there is more bird dogging to come as well!
