16 Oct 18: Before the final Orca Task Force Meeting in Tacoma, Backbone folks traveled out with the truck full of gear to help the locals get tooled up for the next days of action!

The training covered overpass banner making, LED banner making, light projection, the inflatable salmon and orca, backpack windmills, and featured a digital projection session with Jeff.
