Portland folks mobilized to support P.E.S.T. 

Portland folks showed up to support P.E.S.T. (the Powdermilk Equipment & Supply Team) across from Portland City Hall, in support of a rally urging the City to (re)withdraw from the Joint Terrorism Task Force.
