D.C. solidarity brigade projected pro-Palestinian messages and images onto AIPAC headquarters and the D.C. convention center where AIPAC annual convention was being held.

Backbone was hired by Palestinian rights activists who come to D.C. every year for the annual American Israeli Political Affairs Committee (AIPAC) conference to speak out against Israeli policies towards Palestinians.  Among the pro-Palestinian messages and images were one targeted at Speaker Nancy Pelosi who chose to speak at AIPAC despite calls for her to skip it and another against the recent annexation of the Golan Heights by the Israeli government.

The projections drew some conference attendees into productive conversations with the activists on the plight Palestinian people and problematic Israeli policies.
