Local activists gathered to un-welcome President Trump as speaker for Naval Academy commencement.

Folks had messages supporting the graduating midshipmen and questioning Trumps honor. They chanted "Go Navy, Beat Trump" as motorcade passed.

Afterwards, during Trump's speech at the graduation, someone used an air horn just outside the stadium to signal "LIES" in morse code.
