Join Backbone and friends in Portland on June 25th for the Rally for Salmon - Free The Snake River, to call for urgent action to breach the Snake River dams.

Salmon, orca and river advocates and Northwest businesses are organizing a large water- and land-based rally in the greater Portland area to celebrate the gift of wild salmon and to demonstrate strong public support for a decision by U.S. Sen. Patty Murray, Gov. Jay Inslee, other Northwest policymakers, and the Biden Administration to include breaching the four lower Snake River dams in the comprehensive regional salmon restoration plan, due by or before July 31st, 2022!

This approximately 5-hour event will include on-water activities—our biggest flotilla in years—as well as activities on-land including, speakers, food, music, and more! 

This event is free and open to the public.
