17 Oct 18: Team Backbone traveled to Lacey to support an Indigenous led rally to pass I-1631 the November.

The rally was held outside the Western States Petroleum Association office. Backbone brought a giant LED banner reading "Clean Energy Future. Yes On I-1631" and backpack windmills.
